Jon Underhill Real Estate had a strong brand identity, but needed updated visuals that were in line with their mission and able to move with them into a new chapter. Their existing logo featured the Underhill family’s coat of arms, but over the course of more than two decades, working files were lost, original designers weren’t around anymore, and a single, pixelated image was being used for all of the company’s branded items. We began the brand redesign by creating a new coat of arms inspired by the original, but designed to give more flexibility with its usage. We updated the typography and added an Established in 1994 tagline, because if you’ve got that kind of experience, why not show it? Finally, we selected new shades of green and gold that felt as sophisticated and knowledgeable as Jon Underhill Real Estate’s team.
